NON-SEASONAL RETURN POLICY
*Please try on footwear on a soft surface that will not damage leather outsole*
Undamaged goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery to redeem a full refund or replacement. If goods are defective or incorrect Freeman Plat will pay any shipping costs incurred. Refunds or credit will be issued within a week of receiving returned items.
* We currently do not provide returns on International orders (excluding Canada).
